I am currently working with a Local Authority based in the West Midlands searching for an interim Commercial Maintenance Surveyor.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
* Commercial maintenance surveying.
* Fire door/fire protection works.
* Reactive works (ideally).
* Flooding, burst pipes, roof leaking.
* Local Authority experience (ideally).
* Experience in works for leisure centres.
The day to day of this role will include accessing the properties, assess the damage, writing a report, and managing the contractors from start to finish.
The package for this role includes:
* 4 month initial contract.
* £40/hour inside IR35.
* Site to site mileage of £0.40/mile.
* 3 days working from home.
