KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - WOVEN / CLOTHING LABELS
Open depending on experience + 33 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays + Car Allowance + Pension
Hybrid Working Split between homebased, office based and onsite with the client
Our client is a leading provider of labelling solutions and brand management services to the clothing industry. They offer a full range of products including self-adhesive labels, tags, swing tickets, woven and care labels, barcoding, and security labels, serving many of the world's most recognized clothing brands.
They are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage key accounts, ideally with a background in Apparel, branding, or trims.
Overview:
* Serve as the lead and daily contact for assigned clients
* Collaborate as part of a global team
* Manage your allocated client's budget
* Report to the Managing Director
Responsibilities:
* Provide regular updates and monthly reports on sales versus budget to the MD
* Develop and achieve sales budgets and targets in coordination with the MD
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers through regular meetings
* Engage with clients at least bi-monthly and document meeting outcomes
* Coordinate debriefs with relevant colleagues
* Maintain existing relationships by presenting new products and services professionally
* Network within the client's organization to maximize awareness of the company's offerings
* Promote the company's products, services, and values consistently
* Educate clients on the Web Order System
* Align with company goals to improve performance and margins
* Negotiate prices with global purchasing teams
* Collaborate with design and account teams to meet client needs
* Negotiate stock holding and service level agreements with client approval
* Assist in stock management and disposal processes
* Maintain daily activity tracking using i-Snapshot
* Mentor team members on client-specific requirements
* Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings
* Prepare contingency plans for potential setbacks
