Job Title: Interior Plant Maintenance Technician
Location: Southampton, Portsmouth & Basingstoke
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,732

Responsibilities
* Watering, feeding and pest control of live plant displays
* Replacing dead, dying or overgrown plant displays
* Maintain artificial plant displays
* Assist with plant display installations
* Assist with seasonal installations
* Ensure all maintenance dockets and documentation are completed
* Comply with relevant health and safety
* Building good supplier and customer relationships
* Be mindful of possible sales opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
* Full UK drivers licence
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work as part of a team
* Plant knowledge would be advantageous
* Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
* Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous however full training will be provided
Additional Responsibilities
* Always act in a professional manner as a representative of the organisation
* Comply with all relevant health and safety requirements
* Ensure that the clients are always completely satisfied
* Initiate suggestions to improve the organisations performance
* Complete timesheets and other paperwork and ensure all is handed in promptly
