Your New Job Title: Customer Service Operations Support
The Skills You'll Need: Customer Service, SAP, Advanced Excel, Analytical skills, Order Processing
Your New Salary: £12.64 - £19.84 per hour (Equivalent of £24 - £38K pa)
Location: Newcastle
Duration: Long-term temporary assignment until 31/10/2026
Job status : Hybrid, 2 days a week in office
Working hours : 37.5 h p/w, Mon-Fri (8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm/ 9am - 5pm)

Who You'll Be Working for: An international leader in household products.
Main responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operations of the customer service team, coordinating assignments, and maintaining high service quality.
Use SAP to manage customer data, track orders, update service requests, and order processing.
Verify data accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded properly within the system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Previous Customer Service Operations experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel.
Order processing experience.
Excellent organizational skills .
Strong analytical skills.
Acute attention to detail is essential.
P ro-active and able to juggle workload, flexible and agile e using multiple systems including SAP, plus internal and external data portals.
Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.
Outstanding verbal and written communication .
Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
