The appointed Commercial Property Partner will already be working on behalf of high-profile clients, including household names, and will be able to further develop the commercial property offerings while managing your own caseload of real estate transactions.
1. You will demonstrate an excellent track record and be highly experienced in all areas of Commercial Property law. You may be feeling frustrated by your current firm's direction.
2. Ideally, you will be a Partner with deep knowledge in development, investment, regeneration work, and general commercial property matters.
3. Applications are also welcomed from Senior Commercial Property Associates frustrated by limited progression opportunities. A following is required for this role.
4. You will play a key role in the firm’s current growth phase and have a strong network of contacts eager to instruct you on future matters.
5. You will be a motivational leader, supporting senior team members and supervising junior staff.
6. This national law firm is viewed as a rising star in the market, with plans to grow through lateral hires, and seeks a Commercial Property Partner focused on this sector.
7. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential to interact with clients and stakeholders and to provide exceptional client care.
