About the Role
We’re seeking a Telematics Services Specialist to play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimising the AWP system – the platform used by dealers to receive and manage teleservice leads. This is a proactive, forward‑thinking role focused on ensuring a smooth teleservices process across the business.You’ll work closely with a wide network of colleagues, take ownership of key processes, and act as a first point of contact for both internal teams and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop logic and processes that feed teleservice ticket leads into the wider ecosystem
Manage and maintain the AWP system to ensure seamless lead flow
Build reports and work with AWS‑based reporting tools
Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients
Identify issues and opportunities proactively
Use motor vehicle knowledge to understand workshop impact, service requirements, and operational flow
Collaborate with a broad cross-functional team of approximately 75 peopleEssential ExperienceProven track record of owning processes/projects and delivering results

Background in IT or automotive
