We are pleased to be working with a supportive and inclusive school in Dorchester who are seeking a Pastoral Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, five days per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with students who may need additional emotional, behavioural or pastoral support to succeed in school. The successful candidate will work with pupils who have been sent out of lessons or require short-term pastoral intervention, helping them to reflect, reset and re-engage positively with their learning.
