Typical ResponsibilitiesWhile each employer varies, roles across BD, Sales, and Account Management usually include:Business Development
8. Identifying and converting new business opportunities
9. Targeting key sectors, leads, and strategic prospects
10. Delivering presentations, proposals, and tenders
Sales Management
11. Creating and executing sales strategies to achieve targets
12. Forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management
13. Leading client meetings andmercial negotiations
Account Management
14. Managing and growing existing customer relationships
15. Understanding client needs and upselling additional solutions
16. Ensuring customers receive excellent service and long‑term value
Generalmercial
17. Working closely with internal teams to support delivery
18. Maintaining CRM systems and accurate pipeline reporting
19. Representing the business at industry events and networking forums
What We Look For
20. Background in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or similarmercial role
21. Strong relationship‑builder with naturalmunication skills
22. A proactive, confident approach to identifying opportunities
23. Target‑driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously
24. Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems
