As a Domino’s Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to Heightened Time Awareness (HTA). This means answering every phone in two rings or less, ensuring orders are in the oven within three minutes, and delivering orders in less than fifteen minutes. Our team works together to meet these standards.
Through online courses and hands-on training, you'll learn about our products, equipment, and especially our point-of-sale system, Domino's Pulse. We also offer a dedicated training program for those interested in managerial roles.
Requirements:
* Pre-employment screening via HireRight Background Check, National Crime and Sex Offender Background Check, and basic urinalysis drug testing.
* A positive, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills, as you will be the first contact with our phone-in and carryout customers.
* Ability to demonstrate and model Domino’s Perfect Image standards at all times. Uniform shirts and hats are provided; you must wear black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris (excluding denim, corduroy, stretch, yoga, or sweatpants material).
