CMA HR Division is assisting an established organisation based in Basingstoke, Hampshire to recruit a People Operations Manager to join them on a fixed term basis.Reporting to the HR Director the client is looking for an individual who can oversee the HR division whilst driving the HR strategy and supporting the business in a standalone HR role for the UK.What will the People Operations Manager involve?
1. Working with the HR Director (based in US) develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives;
2. Collaborate with senior management to support workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts;
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees;
4. Conduct investigations and resolve employee grievances in accordance with company policies and legal requirements;
5. Championing employee engagement, working closely with managers and staff to develop action plans and ensure these are followed through and communicated to staff;
6. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning;
7. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues and employee development initiatives;
8. Ensuring training documents, policies, and procedures are kept up to date and sit within the correct areas of the business;
