Were looking for a dynamic and technically skilled professional to join our Estates team as a Senior Electrical Maintenance Manager. In this newly created role, you'll lead the assurance of processes and standards related to mechanical and electrical building services.
As a key member of the team, you'll support colleagues across a broad range of engineering and technical issues, with a particular focus on managing critical asset risksincluding fire safety systems, water hygiene, asbestos, gas safety, electrical infrastructure, lifts, and ventilation systems.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of Specifications to advise and inform commercial procurement of services and project delivery via the Contract and other available Commercial Frameworks
Reporting against H&S, budget, performance, risks, dependencies, and mitigating actions
Acting as a liaison point for the contract provider and professional advisors on new projects when raising commissions / feasibility studies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is required.
