ABOUT THE ROLE
Bank contracts are not temporary, but they are flexible. They don’t have guaranteed hours, so when work is offered, it’s your choice to accept or decline. This allows you to work around other commitments, such as studies, another job, or caring for family members. If you’re looking to gain experience in the care sector without a permanent commitment, or to keep your skills sharp if you’re partially retired, bank contracts are an excellent option.
Are you an experienced Support Worker with a preference for night shifts?
Our Support Workers make a real difference to residents daily. Your professionalism, kindness, and compassion will be central to your role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents and the home, supporting residents with personal care, providing companionship, and carrying out light household duties to maintain cleanliness, involving residents where appropriate. We understand some shifts may be challenging, but you’ll also share laughs, have fun, and create lasting memories with residents.
By joining us, you become part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside passionate team members dedicated to providing care, warmth, and kindness in our homes.
