Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload across Family Law, Litigation, Employment, and Business Law.
* Work collaboratively with a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor to deliver high‑quality client outcomes.
* Provide a high standard of legal care and client service at all times.
* Support and mentor junior team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.
* Demonstrate strong leadership as a positive, energetic, and proactive senior team member.
* Bring in new client cases and contribute to the firm’s business development.
* Maintain excellent legal practice standards, regulatory compliance, and client confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE) in England & Wales.
* Demonstrable experience in Family Law, Litigation, Employment, and Business Law.
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
* Track record of mentoring or supervising a legal firm.
* Confident in client relationship management and business development.
* Able to thrive in a collaborative, office‑based environment.
