Were currently looking for an experienced Fast Track Fee Earner to join a well-established and busy personal injury team. This is a great opportunity for someone confident managing their own caseload of RTA pre and post-litigated fast track claims, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering strong outcomes for clients.
The role
You’ll take ownership of a high-volume caseload, progressing files from instruction through to settlement or litigation. You’ll be handling a mix of liability, quantum, and negotiation work, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with CPR.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Managing a busy fast track RTA/MOJ caseload
* Assessing liability and reviewing medical evidence
* Drafting schedules of loss and court documents
* Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
* Progressing files through litigation where required
* Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural rules

* Experience handling RTA fast track personal injury claims
* Strong understanding of CPR and litigation process
* Confident negotiator with a proactive approach
* Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently
* Strong communication and attention to detail
