Overview
We are looking for a Learning Support Mentor who can inspire, support, and empower pupils to reach their full potential in a welcoming and inclusive school environment. This role is offered on a full time contract but we are happy to consider part time hours and offer flexibility around the number of working days and start/finish times, which can be discussed at interview. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils academically and emotionally, helping them to thrive in a positive, caring environment. The post is up to 32.5 hours per week, fixed term until August 2027. Part-time, job-share, and flexible working patterns will be considered. Please specify your preferred hours within your application.

* Working one to one or with small groups to support learning across curriculum
* Support pupils to achieve their potential
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored interventions and learning strategies
* Encourage confidence, independence and a love of learning
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
Qualifications
* Have experience working with children in a school or support setting
* Be empathetic, patient and committed to inclusion
* Work collaboratively as part of a team
* Be flexible, proactive and able to use their initiative
