As an Analyst/Associate in the Solutions Team, you will handle cases from employees, managers, and HR, supporting them through to resolution using policy, internal processes, and your judgment. Operating across all UK Lines of Business, the team offers HR Generalist support with a fundamental understanding of Technical and Advisory HR functions. You will reconcile global and regional HR processes and may become an SME in a product or initiative. The team provides consistent HR support worldwide, handling difficult conversations and utilizing HR specialists as needed.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage new case intake via email and our HR system, escalating cases appropriately.
* Support ASK JPMC queries, acting as an escalation point for complex issues outside standard policies.
* Partner with HR Business Advisors and the Business during redundancy processes, supporting communication and employment termination procedures.
* Assist managers and employees during leaves of absence, including sickness, maternity/paternity, and unpaid leave.
* Support flexible work requests, providing guidance and consultation.
* Contribute to HR projects such as process automation, product development, and stakeholder education.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* HR experience, preferably dealing with cases via phone, email, or system.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
* Strong organization skills and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities.
* Client-focused team player with professionalism and a sense of urgency; knows when to escalate.
* Self-motivated with ownership of processes.
* Knowledge of ServiceNow and Oracle HCM is a plus.
* Basic understanding of UK employment law is a plus.
