Our client is looking for an Employment Liability Fee Earner with experience of working in a fast-paced, cost-driven environment. The salary for this position is up to £40,000 per annum. Benefits and Package for an Employment Liability Fee Earner: Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum Hours: Full-time Contract Type: Permanent Location: Wirral (open to candidates from Liverpool) Company Pension/contribution Bonus Scheme - high potential 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), which increases after a successful 6-month probation by 1 day (capped at the 4 th year) Annual Leave Purchase Scheme Loyalty-based annual leave scheme Office Refreshments Career Development Hybrid working (2 days from home) following a small settling in period Key Responsibilities of an Employment Liability Fee Earner: Being responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury claims Providing exceptional service to clients whilst working towards achieving favourable outcomes ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing, and management information systems Reviewing and progressing files timeously Achieving monthly and yearly billing targets Overseeing the timely and efficient handling of employment liability and public liability claims, ensuring all claims are managed in line with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices Key Skills and Experience of an Employment Liability Fee Earner : A high-level experience in Fee Earning and Litigation is required You should be confident and have experience in using the Damage Claims Portal You should have an excellent billing and settlement record You should have the ability to assess liability promptly on disputed claims and to understand the disclosure required It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of industry-specific systems and software (e.g., claims management software, legal case management tools) If you are interested in this position and have the relevant skills and experience required, please apply now!
