Llechwedd Meats is a family run business established in 1988 selling meat from our farm to local catering outlets.
We cure and slice our own bacon, and produce our own sausages which have all won numerous awards for quality and taste. We also de-bone Beef, Pork and Lamb carcasses on site to our customers' strict specifications.
Llechwedd Meats is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Butcher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience across all aspects of the trade, demonstrating exceptional knife skills and a deep knowledge of lamb, beef, pork, and poultry preparation.

Responsibilities
* Prepare various cuts of meat according to customer specifications and preferences.
* Handle, store, and prepare all meats in compliance with food safety regulations.
* Safely and efficiently operate butchering equipment.
* Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure stock availability.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times.
