Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £27,000, dependent on experience
Role Overview:
A well-regarded and long-established law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their busy team in Bourne. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine interest in property law who is looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive legal environment. You’ll assist fee earners with day-to-day file management and client contact, helping progress conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
Candidate Profile/Experience Needed:
1. Previous experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
2. Familiarity with case management systems
3. Solid understanding of conveyancing processes and admin
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication and client care abilities
6. Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
7. Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team
