Job Description
Based at First Line Head Office in Banbury 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday, the role involves booking in stock from suppliers before it is delivered to the Company.
Specific Responsibilities
* Checking the Arrivals Listing for deliveries that require booking in. Scheduling booking of the deliveries according to the relevant delivery date.
* Collating and checking all the required paperwork for costs. Liaising with the supplier and internal staff as and when necessary.
* Liaise with Warehouse/Logistics/Product and Purchasing teams re deliveries/queries.
* Post invoices to Purchase Ledger.
* Other ad hoc duties as required within the Finance Team
Qualifications
* Good organisational and numeracy skills
* Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
* Education/Experience:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet - including basic formatting
* Confident telephone manner when dealing with suppliers and colleagues
* Basic knowledge of AX desirable, but not essential as training given
