TheOpportunity:
As a Buyer you willplay a critical role in ensuring the smooth procurement of goodsand services necessary for our offshore projects. As we expand ouroperations we are seeking a skilled Buyer to join our Supply Chainteam within the Project Management Office(PMO).

MainResponsibilities
StrategicSourcing:
* Develop and implement robustcategory strategies to optimise offshore operations ensuringseamless and costeffective supply chainmanagement.
* Work closely with crossfunctionalteams and stakeholders to assess potential supply chain risks andidentify cost savings and process improvementopportunities.
* Effectively manage supplierrelationships and contracts ensuring compliance and continuousquality delivery and costimprovement.
ProcurementExcellence:
* Streamline thepurchase order process to ensure compliance with ProcuretoPayinstructions.
* Regularly tracksupplier performance to ensure materials are delivered ontime.
* Promote adherence to qualityhealth safety and environmental standards by reinforcing compliancepolicies.
SupplyChain Process Implementation:
* Workclosely with the Operations team to identify process inefficienciesand implement solutions that streamline operations and reducecosts
* Develop and implement bestpractices for inventory management and support other business unitsby sharing these best practices and collaborating on processimprovementinitiatives.
StakeholderEngagement:
* Strengthen yourpartnerships with the Projects and Assets teams by activelycommunicating with them and understanding theirneeds.
* Foster productivecollaborations with suppliers and subcontractors by establishingclear expectations maintaining open lines of communication andregularly evaluating performance to ensure mutualsuccess.
Youshould apply if youhave:
Essential:
* Qualificationin Supply Chain Management Business Administration or relatedfield.
* Minimum 3 years of experience instrategic sourcing contract management orprocurement.
* Proficiency in ERPsystems
* Excellent communication skills inEnglish.
* Analytical mindset with attention todetail.
Desirable:
* Knowledgeof IncoTerms and best practices.
* Professionalqualifications (e.g. MCIPS NEVI II).
* Logisticsor Supply Chain Managementbackground.
