The Content Production Lead will oversee the creation, delivery and evolution of engaging digital content across video, audio and social channels driving reach, quality and innovation.
Role Highlights
– Lead end-to-end production of podcasts, news bulletins, interviews and client content
– Manage and mentor a small multimedia team, fostering skill growth and creativity
– Oversee post-production quality using Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition and After Effects
– Collaborate with editorial, marketing and commercial teams to align strategy
– Develop new multimedia products and formats that expand audience engagement
You Will Need
– Proven track record in multimedia or digital content production within B2B or news settings
– Advanced technical ability in video and audio production workflows
– Strong leadership and coaching experience across creative teams
– A portfolio showcasing high-impact, creative multimedia work
