About the job
Architectural Assistant and Architect to work client-side.
We’re exclusively working with a leading London-based residential developer, seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant and a Part III Architect to join their growing in‑house design team on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Head of Design, both roles will contribute to the design and delivery of residential‑led and mixed‑use projects, offering a rare opportunity to gain full project exposure within a developer environment.
The Architect will lead technical delivery and coordination through RIBA Stages 2–5, managing Revit models, consultant information, and compliance with Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. You’ll liaise with contractors and consultants, ensuring quality and efficiency across all project stages.
The Part II Architectural Assistant will support the internal team with drawings, models and design documentation, gaining hands‑on experience from concept to construction. You’ll assist in coordinating consultant information, preparing planning packages, and maintaining Revit standards.
Requirements
* Architect: ARB‑registered, 5–8 years’ experience, strong Revit and technical coordination skills.
* Part II: RIBA Part II qualified, 2+ years’ Revit experience, good understanding of UK regulations.
* Experience in developing internal layouts for residential schemes will be highly advantageous.
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, team‑focused attitude are essential.
Both roles are office‑based in London, offering structured development, exposure to high‑quality projects, and the chance to work directly for a developer shaping London’s residential landscape.
The client will offer full support to the Architectural Assistant to become part 3.
