Maths Teacher – Durham Secondary School

I'm recruiting a Maths Teacher for a Durham secondary school and they need someone to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time position teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 in a supportive school with a strong Maths department.

What you'll be doing:
* Teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons
* Assessing student progress and providing feedback
* Working collaboratively with the Maths department
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Contributing to the wider school community
You'll need:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Degree in Mathematics or related subject
* Experience teaching Maths at secondary level (ECTs welcome if you're confident and ready)
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management
* Commitment to raising attainment and supporting students
* Enhanced DBS on Update Service (or willingness to apply)
