Your day-to-day impact will include: Transactional Finance Support Process supplier invoices, reconcile statements, and manage queries via our shared inbox - keeping daily operations smooth and error-free. Accounts Receivable & Reconciliations Support customer account reconciliations, help with debt collection, and run regular bank reconciliations to ensure total financial accuracy. Month-End & Management Accounts Contribute to month-end close activities, prepare key supporting schedules, and help build the management accounts that guide our business decisions General Finance Operations Step in with flexible support across the team, while getting exposure to full accounting processes and improvement projects that change how we work. Must-Have Skills & Experience Strong IT skills - including accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel Hands-on exposure to management accounts preparation Impeccable attention to detail and consistent high accuracy Great at organising tasks, prioritising work and hitting deadlines Clear, confident communication skills Happy to take ownership of your work while being a strong team player AAT Level 3 (or equivalent) - or currently studying towards it Bonus Points (Not Essential!)
