Quality Control Technician

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in quality control? We are looking for a proactive Quality Control Technician to join an innovative construction materials manufacturer.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be expected to:
* Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
* Perform mechanical and physical testing on client products
* Conduct quality tests on returned samples and customer complaints to identify and then document issues
* Maintain detailed records of testing, non-conformances, and raw materials.
* Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assist the R&D team with formulation work, product testing, and certification.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
* Previous experience working in an industrial lab setting performing quality tests on construction related materials.
* Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
