Role Overview
PE‑backed media & data technology business building an in‑house engineering capability around a live, revenue‑critical data platform. This senior, hands‑on role focuses on running, improving and scaling a complex cloud data environment as ownership moves in‑house.
Responsibilities
* Production Snowflake data warehouse
* Data pipeline reliability and correctness
* AWS infrastructure, cost and performance
* Clean rooms and data collaboration workflows
* CI/CD, monitoring and operational standards
* Clear documentation and runbooks
Technical Stack
* Snowflake
* AWS (Lambda, S3, Glue, RDS, IAM, VPC)
* Terraform
* GitLab
* AWS‑native monitoring and security tools
Qualifications
* Senior Cloud or Data Engineer with experience in cloud‑native environments
* Operated Snowflake at scale in production systems
* Strong focus on reliability, performance and cost control
* Comfortable in evolving systems and environments
* Enjoys hands‑on responsibility over pure design work
* Early‑stage team influencer, shaping processes and practices
