What our client is looking for Our client is looking for a dynamic, energetic Support Worker to support our young adult with Learning Disabilities to access building based and community activities to enhance their skills and independence. You will work 2:1 with our client and knowledge of Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, Positive Behaviour Support, Peg feeding and Epilepsy would be an advantage but not essential as full training is provided. Do you need experience? Care experience required, Complex care experience is advantageous but full training will be provided.
