Ready to join a site as its growing?How would you like to work for a company that can accelerate your career?We are looking for someone like you.Were currently recruiting for a Transport Supervisor to be based at Preston brook, Runcorn alongside our customer Saint Gobain interior solutions.You will be working Monday Friday 06:00-14:30 & Monday Thursday 13:30 22:00, Friday 11:30 20:00 rotating weekly.

Were looking to offer a salary of up to £32,000. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.
What youll do on a typical day:
Co-ordinate the transport operations on site and on customer premises to meet both customer and company expectations
Work closely with the onsite customer ensuring all operational requirements are met.
Maintain a health and safety presence on site and challenge noncompliance.
Ensure vehicle defects are reported and actioned in a timely manner
Ensure that all drivers are compliant with the working time directive regulations and that any accidents/incidents are investigated in a timely manner
Continually look to improve the service we provide offering ideas and recommendations as necessary.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
Good administrative skills
Have a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills youll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders
Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
