We're seeking an experienced Home Manager for this medium-sized luxury care home. Requirements L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification Experience of successfully managing a residential care home for older people Proven ability in budget preparation and control Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation Positive and engaging leadership Responsibilities Maintaining the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needs.
