Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience (£90–£110 per day PAYE)
Are you a caring and enthusiastic Early Years / Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We are working with a friendly and nurturing nursery in Hatfield that is looking to welcome a dedicated EYFS/Nursery TA into their supportive team.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for early childhood development and enjoy working with young children in their formative years. You will support children through play-based learning, assist with daily routines, and help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Early Years / Nursery Teaching Assistant – Requirements:
1. Previous experience within an Early Years or Nursery setting
2. A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
3. Ability to support children’s learning, social development, and emotional wellbeing
4. Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive behaviour
