About the role:
We are a busy and growing social media agency looking for an experienced Office & Operations Manager to keep the engine running smoothly. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business, responsible for office management, operational support and helping teams stay focused on great client work. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, systems, suppliers and general problem-solving, with the opportunity to support a wide range of business activities. Experience supporting or managing an office move is a bonus.
The job 💻
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office, including receptionist duties
• Manage office facilities, suppliers and contracts (utilities, cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.)
• Ensure the office is well-organised, stocked and functioning efficiently
• Act as first point of contact for office-related queries and issues Operations & Business Support
• Provide operational support across the business, working closely with leadership and team leads
• Support onboarding and offboarding of staff, including office and systems setup
• Assist with internal processes, policies and documentation
• Support finance and HR administration where required (e.g. invoices, expenses, contracts)
• Help coordinate internal events, meetings and agency initiatives Office Move Support
• Support planning and coordination of an office move or expansion
• Liaise with agents, suppliers and contractors• Help manage timelines, logistics and internal communications
What we are looking for 👀
Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an office management, operations or similar role
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (agency, creative, media or tech preferred)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Confident managing suppliers, budgets and operational processes
• Solid IT literacy and comfort working with cloud-based tools and systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
Desirable
• Experience in a creative, social media or digital agency of 100+ people
• Experience supporting an office move or office expansion
• Familiarity with HR or finance administration
• Knowledge of health & safety and office compliance
