Role Responsibilities
* Complete bathroom and kitchen refurbishments to a high standard, keeping all stakeholders informed of timescales and progress
* Handle multi-trade maintenance tasks, including minor electrical and plumbing works, and general site upkeep within residential and supported living services
* Work efficiently and independently or as part of a team, depending on project needs
* Fire door and vinyl floor fitting
* Perform planned maintenance works
* Travel between services in Surrey and surrounding areas to undertake works
* Check emails daily, prioritize, and respond to emergencies
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard
* Uphold health and safety for yourself, colleagues, and clients
* Carry out tasks within your professional competence and boundaries
* Communicate effectively with line managers and facilities support coordinators
* Maintain and update the CAFM system
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader
* Problem-solving skills
* UK Driving Licence
* Willingness to travel to properties in Surrey and surrounding areas
* Willingness to participate in a one-week out of five on-call rota, with additional payment
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
* Strong communication skills
* Honesty, reliability, trustworthiness, and a passion to make a difference
* Commitment to the aims of the home and Ivolve
* Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
* Willingness to undertake training and development
