Join WSP as an Associate Director across several offices in the UK to lead and develop sustainable transport projects.
A Little More About Your Role…
* Work directly with clients to achieve sustainable transport needs
* Act as Project Director or Project Manager on a wide range of projects while growing client relationships
* Stay informed about industry trends and best practice
* Oversee project budget and financial performance
* Undertake technical preparation, review and checking of deliverables within the team
* Collaborate with the Liveable Places team, the wider Mobility team and the WSP business to achieve objectives
Your Team
The Liveable Places team works with local authority and private clients across the UK to deliver schemes from public realm, traffic engineering, road safety, traffic signals, pedestrian modelling, active travel and parking.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…
* A civil engineering degree or equivalent
* Chartered membership of a relevant professional body
* Proven ability to lead and manage project teams and individuals
* Proven ability to successfully deliver projects
* Proven track record in project management and financial control
* Passion for mentoring and developing talent
* Highway, transport, traffic signals and road safety engineering experience
* Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders including public sector officials, members of the public and senior colleagues
