Production Office Administrator
Role Summary:
Join our Administration team as a key member supporting Production, Sales, and Customer Service. In this role, you will play a proactive part, taking responsibility for the sales order cycle, coordinating with internal and external customers, and providing excellent customer service and administrative support. You will work closely with other departments to handle inquiries, and orders, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming inquiries from external customers efficiently.
* Collaborate with the sales team to review and process offers, effectively managing the pipeline.
* Handle internal and external customer queries, providing support and assistance.
* Proactively follow up on inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Assist with customer services, including providing updates on order progress.
* Provide logistics assistance to customers when required.
* Accurately manage the CRM & ERP systems.
* Conduct contract reviews and process orders.
* Ensure proper document control.
* Support other administration duties as required, such as HR, procurement, maintenance, and quality.
* Maintain full compliance with quality accreditations (BSI 9001 and 14001).
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, exceeding customer expectations.
* Follow company Health & Safety regulations outlined in the Employees Handbook.
* Undertake additional training and fulfill other relevant duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience working with business-to-business customers.
* Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Keen attention to detail with exceptional accuracy.
* Highly organized and proficient in general administration duties.
* Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize key tasks.
* Experience working with ERP/CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Hours 08:30 to 17:00 Monday - Friday
