What You Will Do
* Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Support daily living tasks such as meal prep, medication prompts, and housekeeping
* Offer companionship and emotional support
* Conduct regular wellbeing checks
* Follow company policies and care standards
* Contribute to continuous service improvement
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience in an assisted living or similar care setting is preferred
* Local Applicants: Applicants must live locally if they do not drive, due to the nature of the role and shift requirements
* Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts
* Positive Attitude: Compassionate, friendly, and committed to supporting others
* Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with residents and families
* Team Player: Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Diligence: High standards of care and professionalism
* Background Checks: Willingness to complete necessary checks
