Area to be covered: Large South East & Anglia
Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + £20,000 Bonus (possible guarantee in the first year)

Role Responsibilities:
* Field sales role promoting high-end manufactured range of natural gas, electric, and hydrogen radiant heaters, tube heaters, plague heaters, warm air heaters, air curtains, gas heat pumps, AHUs, HVLS fans, VRF and hybrid heat pumps, air conditioning, and chillers.
* Providing complete turnkey solutions including supply, installation, service, and maintenance.
* 40% of time selling directly to end users in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial, hospitality sectors; clients include BMW, Amazon, Rolls Royce, DHL, and football stadiums.
* 30-40% selling into M&E contractors, mainly mechanical installers.
* 10-20% influencing specifiers such as M&E consultants and local authorities, aiming to grow the specification sales.
* Focusing on new business development, targeting dormant customer accounts.
* Achieving a revenue target of £500,000 in the first year with typical order values of £10,000-£50,000.
* Conducting site surveys, preparing proposals and designs, taking measurements and photographs.
* Delivering presentations and occasionally staying overnight.
Candidate Profile:
* Experience in HVAC or building services field sales.
* Technical knowledge and acumen.
* Experience with M&E contractors and consultants.
* Background in mechanical engineering or heating preferred; other backgrounds considered if from reputable sales training companies.
* Existing contacts within end users, contractors, and consultants advantageous.
* CAD knowledge useful.
* High energy and drive.
