Due to continued growth within the company our client is looking for a Property Inspector to join the team. The successful applicant will be out & about, carrying out Property inspections, Moving outs, property viewings etc. Excellent Time Management and being ‘on the ball’ will serve you well along with great organizational skills and an ‘eye for detail’ · Travel to all cities within the service locations as and when required. (Scottish Cities) The Property Inspector will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager with ensuring that all properties are both compliant and well-maintained to the acceptable and high standards expected. Ideally the successful candidate will have approx. 2 years’ experience within the Private Residential Letting Sector. (Or have some clear understanding of the Residential Letting/Property Management Sector and a genuine eagerness to learn and move forward.) The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and take great pride in their work. The candidate must hold a full clean driving license. The Role · Ensure routine inspections are carried out at all properties within the portfolio, in conjunction with company set time schedule. · Attend and document Inventories & Move Out inspections, as and when required. · Travel to all cities within the service locations as and when required. · Provide highest level of customer service, in line with Company standards, to all customers, including Investors, Landlords, Tenants and Contractors. · Liaise with applicable councils to schedule required inspections to help protect HMO license conditions. · As dictated in busy periods, assist team in conducting viewings with prospective tenants for new Property Lets. · Prompt and efficient communication to all customers at all times, whilst ensuring all system requirements are up to date and accurate.
