The Role
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll work closely with the Production Manager to ensure factory operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
You'll lead from the front - supporting the team, driving productivity, and ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are met.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
* Contract: Self-employed for the first 3 months, with a clear pathway to a permanent position
