An opportunity has arisen to become part of a dedicated team in Housing (Central Locality) and make a real difference in a neighbourhood.
You will have experience of working in a housing related or other public service environment and working effectively with a range of partners and Ward Members.
You will have experience of direct dealing with members of the public with a clear understanding of customer care standards. Also a sound understanding of dealing with tenancy breaches, anti-social behaviour and supporting our most vulnerable residents.
