Job Title: Paediatric Dietitian – Central London Banding: Band 7 Location: London Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, based on NHS Band 7 pay scale Working Hours: 0.8 WTE (30 hours per week) Contract Length: 2 months Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paediatric Dietitian to join an NHS Trust on a short-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading London hospital, providing specialist dietary support to paediatric patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing ketogenic diets and be confident in delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: • Provide expert nutritional assessment and management for paediatric patients, including those on ketogenic diets. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting dietary plans as needed. • Educate patients, families, and staff on nutritional strategies and ketogenic protocols. • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: • A recognised degree in Dietetics. • HCPC registration. • Proven experience in paediatric dietetics, with specific expertise in ketogenic diet management. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
