Overview
Our Market Leading Construction Industry Client is seeking a dynamic and results-orientated Business Development Executive to join a growing team.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth, providing a professional and credible outbound telephone service, making 30-50 consultative calls per day to commercial clients. You will help shape the future through developing your core knowledge of products and services to gain quality leads that result in a concluded outcome that they utilise and gain a return.

Responsibilities
* Make 30-50 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers to gain and pursue business opportunities.
* Be resilient and persistent to engage and track down projects to see how we can support on site.
* Take ownership of identifying and winning leads within internally agreed parameters.
* Use HubSpot to manage and record outcomes, ensuring the highest level of service is always provided to the client.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using LinkedIn to support.
* Work collaboratively with your team to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Develop and manage your workload effectively to meet KPIs and contribute to business goals.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales.
* Commitment to 5 days per week in Ellesmere Port Office.
* Exceptional telephone manner and outbound calling skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working to KPIs.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
* Experience using LinkedIn to seek new contacts.
* Ability to schedule meetings via Outlook.
