<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>As Corporate Security, we are responsible for keeping Mastercard safe and secure from cyber and physical threats, and it is our people on the frontlines who make this happen every day. Mastercards Chief Security Officer (CSO), Real‑Time Payments and Transfer Solutions Security, is looking for a new Executive Assistant. The individual in this role will not only be a member of the team, they will coordinate operations within the department and will become a member of the Business Assistant community at Mastercard.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage busy calendar by coordinating and scheduling meetings.</li><li>Schedule and manage travel arrangements for domestic and international trips and prepare expense reports following those trips.</li><li>Coordinate security team meetings, organise agenda preparation, room logistics, onboarding new security team members and pre‑read distribution. Take meeting minutes and distribute as appropriate.</li><li>Book meeting rooms and pre‑order working lunches as and when needed.</li><li>Support other day‑to‑day department operations such as screening emails, following up on items, and maintaining department records such as organisation charts.</li><li>Prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations as required—editing, proofreading, printing.</li><li>Support the Office of the CSO with administrative and task intake activities, for example, coordinating recruitment administration with HR and arranging interviews between candidates and senior management.</li><li>Coordinate new joiners first‑week activities such as collating their profile details and other key communications to the wider Mastercard Corporate Security and Real‑Time Payments and Transfer Solutions teams.</li><li>Support the CRO and Risk Team with meeting bookings, room bookings and any other administrative tasks as and when needed.</li><li>Liaise with clients, colleagues and other EAs.</li><li>Greeting visitors and clients. All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks come with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:
