Parkside Middle School, Bromsgrove, England, United Kingdom. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Science Teacher who is passionate about igniting curiosity and fostering a love for science. Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver an innovative and progressive science curriculum, supported by a programme of extracurricular and enrichment activities.
* Create a stimulating learning environment that fosters scientific exploration and critical thinking.
* Work positively and collaboratively within the department to improve teaching and learning across science for all pupils, regardless of background or ability.
* Set high expectations for pupils, make learning engaging and enjoyable, and ensure every child is valued and supported to reach their potential.
* Contribute to the school’s broader goals through effective teamwork and parent partnerships.
Qualifications and attributes
* Experience in KS2 and/or KS3 teaching is preferred.
* Energy, enthusiasm, creativity and talent with a strong desire to make a positive difference in pupils’ lives.

* Willingness to participate in the school’s induction and professional development programs (ECT Induction Programme available).

Salary and working arrangements
Salary: Main Scale. Full or Part time permanent role. Required from 1 January 2026. This role may be suitable for experienced practitioners or Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) who would benefit from the school’s induction programme.
