Job Title: People & Culture Partner
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Partner to make a significant impact within a values-driven manufacturing business located in York. Reporting to the MD and collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and managing daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the People agenda to ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Provide expert guidance on employment relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
4. Support managers and team leaders with their people management needs.
5. Promote learning and development opportunities across all levels of staff.
6. Develop and communicate policies and procedures in line with best practices and company values.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an HR or People Business Partner.
* Deep understanding of culture and engagement strategies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A values-driven leadership and decision-making approach.
Additional Details:
This part-time role offers a salary range of approximately £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience. The position requires on-site presence for 3 to 4 days per week.
