What you will do:

* Collaborate as a crucial member of the clinical team, working alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and therapy assistants within community therapy services.
* Manage an independent caseload that includes some highly complex patients, providing specialist assessments and care.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individual programmes of care for patients on a continuous basis.
* Engage with a multi-professional team, including consultants, GPs, nursing staff, physiotherapists, social workers, and other allied health professionals, to manage and discharge patients under your care.
* Deliver essential clinical education to all staff within community services.

Requirements:

* You must be a qualified physiotherapist with a degree or equivalent in physiotherapy.
* You should have recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy.
* Registration with the HCPC as a physiotherapist to work in the UK is required.
* While NHS experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
