Location: Central London - just a short walk from Chancery Lane station (fully office based)
Salary: £27,000 + bonus + pension + 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays!)
We're looking for more than just an "admin assistant" - we're looking for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learn directly from senior managers, and gain exposure to a wide variety of business functions.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing and formatting key documents, reports, and correspondence ️

Coordinating schedules, diaries, and work programmes for internal consultants ️
*
Providing high-quality admin support to senior leadership
*
Handling calls, emails, and visitor management with professionalism ️
*
Ensuring meeting rooms are booked and prepared to a high standard
*
Managing office supplies and keeping our workspace organised
*
Supporting on finance, HR, and ad-hoc business projects
*
Managing stationery and office supplies
We're looking for someone who is:

A graduate with a keen eye for detail and a natural knack for organisation

Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Clear, professional communicator - written and verbal
*
Proactive, adaptable, and ready to go above and beyond when needed
