Powder Coater
Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater for our client based in Pershore. No previous experience is required as full training is provided, and you will learn the role on the job. Candidates with a manufacturing or machine‑operating background will be highly desirable.
Your Role as a Powder Coater
1. Learning powder coating processes on the go
2. Working within a manufacturing environment
3. Preparing products for coating
4. Supporting machine operation where required
5. Maintaining safe working practices
6. Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements
7. No direct powder‑coating experience required
8. Manufacturing or machine‑operating background desirable
9. Willingness to learn and follow set procedures
10. Good attention to detail
11. Physically fit and reliable
12. Positive team‑focused attitude
Pay & Shifts
13. Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
14. Friday: 06:00 – 15:00
15. 30‑minute unpaid break each day
16. £12.21 per hour
