We are recruiting for Production Line/Factory Operatives for a client in Bottesford. The work is ongoing temporary.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday 06:00 – 14:00 with a pay rate of £12.35ph, will increase in April, hours over 7.5 per day and Saturdays are paid at an overtime premium.
Positions may start out adhoc/part time until we build for peak and then could run right through til December 2026.
You will need to be able to work in different areas of the business depending on order requirements, this could be working on the line packing, it could be hand feeding the machines, moving materials or packaging. You will be on your feet the whole shift and be doing some lifting and moving so this can be a manually intensive role.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
• Carry out tasks as assigned to you within the production and Packing areas on a daily basis.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures, Quality/Hygiene standards and Company Rules/Procedures are adhered to at all times
• Be responsible for and ensure Product quality is maintained in accordance with quality standards
• Be able to adapt to change in a fast-moving environment.
• Support the line leader in achieving the departmental objectives on the line
• Use of scanning equipment will be required where necessary
• Report problems or issues as they arise, which may impact on product quality or Production activities
• Ensure all records where required, are completed accurately
• Timely and accurate cleaning of the line and end of day dismantling and cleaning of equipment, tools and work area where appropriate.
