Overview

Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference? A truly exciting opportunity has become available to work as a Support Worker in one of our Specialist Residential Care Homes. Ivy Care provides high quality care and support to people with autistic spectrum disorder, learning disabilities and complex needs.

Salary

Up to £12.81 per hour


Shift

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (mixture of early 7.30-15.00 and late shifts 14.30-22.00)

* Help the people we support engage in meaningful activities and experiences – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.
* Get involved in the community, support during leisure and social activities and celebrate special occasions.
* Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs and help and support people to communicate with others.


Your Service

Ivy Mead is located in Lundwood, Barnsley and has two 10-bed buildings on the same site supporting residents with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.
